Signing of Cooperation Agreement with Sompo Japan Insurance Inc.

    On Jan.20th, 2006, an agreement between Sunshine Property and Casualty Insurance Company Limited and Sompo Japan Insurance Inc. was officially signed in order to facilitate cooperation of mutual benefits.
    According to the agreement, the two parties will have multi-facet exchanges and co-operations in production development, risk management, business promotion, talent training and introduction of experiences and technologies. They expect to promote the mutual development in the Chinese market as well as contribute to the in-depth economic exchange between China and Japan through the cooperation.
    Sunshine Property and Casualty Insurance Company Limited has set a good image in the international insurance market due to its distinctive enterprise culture, outstanding shareholder background, advanced management conception and excellent talents and professionals within one year since its establishment. Its international cooperation has kept on expanding. Last year, it achieved a strategic cooperation with Swiss Reinsurance Company.
