Visit of the SCOR Group

   On the afternoon of Nov.21st, Board chairman and President Zhang Weigong  held a meeting with the director general manager of the Non-life Insurance Department of the SCOR Group, Victor Bene and his delegation. They conducted a conversation in a friendly and harmonious atmosphere. The SCOR Group is one of the top ten groups in the world which specialize in reinsurance, as well as one of the reinsurers of the Non-marine Insurance of our company.

   Board chairman expressed his will to carry out two-facet cooperation with the SCOR. First, in terms of the major projects or the expansion of shareholder’s business, we should gain the support of the reinsurers who possess advanced technologies and experiences. Second, we should establish communication platforms with professional reinsurers in various insurance markets in a selective manner so that we can promote and enhance the mutual development in the domestic as well as international insurance markets. Mr. Bene of the SCOR saw a bright development prospective of Sunshine Insurance and agreed with the suggestions proposed by Board chairman Zhang. He pointed out that the SCOR Group would be willing to conduct an in-depth, high-efficient and constructive cooperation with us in its specialized fields.
